With regard to the descriptions, specifications and other details about the products of our partners and/or suppliers, the company declines any and all responsibility for the validity and integrity of their content. As the data entered on the website is based on information provided to the company by its suppliers, we seek to do everything possible to ensure that there are no writing and/or calculation errors. Whenever errors/mistakes occur and are identified, we will attempt to correct them as soon as possible, and the company reserves the right to cancel the order/purchase made by the customer and refund the amount paid for it. PRICES

The sales prices indicated on the website are exclusive and in Euros, with taxes and duties included. Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the products selected and the final value. Additional shipping, delivery, postal and/or other charges may apply. The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but will always apply the price indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order (except in the case where an error/mistake is identified on the website, in which case that the company can cancel the order/purchase made by the customer, refunding the amount paid, without any additional charge/cost being charged to the company). AVAILABILITY

The company is obliged to respect the deadlines for an order as long as there is stock available. If any product ordered is not available in stock, the company will contact the customer by email or by telephone within an estimated period of 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date of the order, in order to inform the new delivery time of the product or request its replacement for a similar one. Except in cases of force majeure, the company undertakes to send the order within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following the placing of the order. Due to technical and/or circumstantial issues, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities presented on the website for sale and the quantities in the warehouse. All promotional campaigns have limited stock and are exclusively for online sales. Currently, the site only accepts orders for deliveries within the European Union.

 

Returns

The online returns period is set at 5 (five) days from the date of delivery of the product. Please note that products must be new and complete as you received them and must be returned in their original condition. The form to be filled out is on our website and must be duly completed and sent to the email or sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company's headquarters. It is reiterated that this right of return can only be accepted for products in their original and complete condition (original labels, packaging, accessories, manuals) and in perfect condition. Please note that returned incomplete, damaged and/or used products will not be accepted. Products must be sent in their original packaging in good condition, inside a cardboard shipping box. Upon receipt of the product at its facilities, the company will analyze the situation accordingly. Please note that custom products are made exclusively for you and cannot be exchanged/returned except in case of manufacturing defect. Furthermore, if you wish to cancel the purchase (rescind the contract) after the product has been delivered to you, you have 5 (five) calendar days to notify the company of your withdrawal, without having to state the reason. The period is counted from the date the product was delivered to you. You can exercise your right to free resolution by sending the form provided for this purpose to the email address provided, with the company undertaking to acknowledge receipt of your email, or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent. to the company's headquarters. You have the aforementioned period of 5 (five) days from the date on which you communicated your decision to terminate the contract to return or deliver the property to the company (at the company's headquarters), and it is up to you to bear the costs of the return. (including postage costs if that is your delivery option). To return your order, you must fill out the available return form, print it, attach it to the order and send it to the company's headquarters. Shipping fees for the product(s) are the responsibility of the client . In case of exercising the right of free resolution and timely return of the product, the company will do everything possible to refund the amounts paid, within 5 (five) days. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made. The value of shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded as they are expenses outside the scope of the service contracted to the company.

Please note that you cannot cancel your purchase if:

  • goods made to your specifications and customized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or may deteriorate or perish quickly;
  • sealed goods that are not returnable for health protection or hygiene reasons when opened after delivery;

Any package received without identification of the sender or sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.

 

WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

All new products sold have a legal warranty of 2 (two) years. The company undertakes to work with suppliers to carry out the necessary repairs. Whatever the problem related to your product, it is necessary to send a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate and the return form along with the merchandise. Please note that the warranty cannot be activated in the event of problems resulting from misuse, or failure to use in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. We recommend that you carefully read the user manual provided with the products (where applicable). The company cannot be held responsible for failure to carry out repairs/correct defects if the manufacturer refuses to apply/activate the warranty. Repair quotes not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the quote, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective repair value.

 

DISPUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Portuguese law applies to all matters regulated by the Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute in the interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions and, as well, in the interpretation and execution of contracts concluded through the website, the jurisdiction of the Judicial Court of the District of Leiria – Alcobaça is competent, with express waiver of any other, without prejudice to the application of mandatory laws.
